[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The formation and transmission of future competences were the focus of the work of the CHE \/\/ D \u00b7 A \u00b7 CH right from the beginning.\u00a0Based on Don Beck\u2019s testimony, \u201cwe do not need new organizations, we need a new way of thinking to solve the current challenges,\u201d it is part of the basic self-understanding of the CHE to provide innovative thinking and action models.\u00a0This is done specifically through training in integral thinking and action, in particular through the provision of courses in<\/span>\u00a0Spiral Dynamics integral<\/a>, Spiritual Intelligence,\u00a0 as well as a training to become a\u00a0Social Architect.<\/a><\/p>\n

The CHE \/\/ D \u00b7 A \u00b7 CH is an agreed organization of the Spiral Dynamics Group, Inc. for the transmission of Spiral Dynamics integral.\u00a0All SDi trainers were trained by Dr. Don Beck.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”155″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

A\u00a0unique and novel type of online course was developed to provide an alternative to familiar approaches to coming into action and classic change processes that do not provide solutions against the outdated patterns of polarization and fragmentation.\u00a0Future-oriented, groundbreaking models form the basis of this training and find their way into practice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Social Architects:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 are pioneers of change and promote evolutionary, innovative solutions in complex challenging situations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 they accompany transformational change processes and accelerate innovative change in all areas of social cohesion.<\/span><\/p>\n
