Change processes that have been enriched with SDi are characterized by the integrity, clarity and involvement of a wide range of stakeholders. SDi has proved itself worldwide as a conceptual framework and tool for transformations within teams and organizations, but also on the individual level as well as within communities and societies.
Frederic Laloux’s famous book “Reinventing Organizations” is based on SDi. We put these principles into practice.
